How cancellations work at bAI
We adhere to the cancellation policies of the airlines, hotels, and suppliers we book through. That part isn't negotiable — they wrote the rules, we just deliver them.
What is negotiable: how hard we fight on your behalf. Our team will call, email, plead, and politely-but-relentlessly chase the highest possible refund the policy allows. We will fight until we've lost all our teeth. Then we'll come back with dentures and keep fighting.
How to cancel
Cancellation is currently a manual process — no self-serve button yet. Two ways to start it:
- Open My trips, find the booking, and click Cancel this trip on the trip detail page. We'll take it from there and email you confirmation + the refund breakdown.
- Or fill out the form below. We'll reach out within one business day with the policy details and your options.
Either way, the moment you submit the request, we freeze the trip and start working it. No additional charges happen after that.
